Mark Saunders | I think the challenge here is that the requirement is for the message to be 'sticky' and present during the maintenance period; messages aren't "in your face" enough :) With regards creating a task - the out of the box version would allow you to create a task and assign to a group but it only lies in the list of workflow items (and anyone in that group could own, process and remove) - again - not in your face enough I guess. | |
