I am trying to figure out an error we are seeing when using coreservices to create a folder..

 A database error occurred while executing Stored Procedure "EDA_TRUSTEES.GETLIST_DGM".
 ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded
 ORA-06512: at "TCMDBUSER.EDA_TRUSTEES", line 1267
 ORA-06512: at line 1

I have viewed this Tridion CMS & Oracle: ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded and it says its a known defect with Tridion 2011..

As far as I know it was working fine with 2013; does anyone know if it was indeed resolved with Web 8.1.1 release as well?
