Tridion not generating any logs on CD
Try to set this value:
<property name="log.level" value="WARN"/>
to DEBUG
<property name="log.level" value="DEBUG"/>
And restart the deployer service.

-Double check your cd_licenses.xml file in order to ensure the expiration date is correct.
