@NicholasRobichaud, Yes, we do have installed the Translation Manager extension which is <add assemblyFileName="D:\Tridion\Translation Manager\Tridion.TranslationManager.TcmExtension.dll"/>.– Sree GCommented May 24, 2019 at 11:56
